Returns and Exchanges

Wanting to please our customers even more, we offer the possibility of returning the products. For your convenience, please follow the instructions below.

Simple product change:

The customer has the right to return products purchased without compensation and without being obliged to inform us of the reason for which he wishes to return the products.

Returns are accepted only if:

  1. Contact us the same day or the next working day at the phone: 2631027549 or at the Returns And Exchanges Form.
  2. The products are in the same condition in which you received them, without having been unsealed or the packaging has been tampered with, as the products will be put back on the shelf for sale.
  3. The product is accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. If an invoice is issued, the return must be made with a delivery note.

Defective products:

To avoid your own inconvenience, it would be advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery, the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken merchandise etc.) although we check the products before they are shipped. In case you find a defect:

  1. You have to contact our online store immediately after delivery, the same day or the next working day at 2631027549 or at the Returns And Exchanges Form.
  2. Any return and exchange of any defective products have to be made with the proof of purchase that accompanies the product.
  3. The packaging have to be provided (so that the product can be returned to the supplying company).

In case of product return:

For your desire to return the products you purchased from our online store, you must notify us via e-mail at the Returns And Exchanges Form indicating the date / purchase document number, as well as the reason for the return, within the deadline. Provided that you will receive a written approval of return from “toys4kids” or else you can deliver them yourself at our store Stavropoulou 6 Mesolongi P.C. 30200 and after the condition of the product is checked by the competent employee you will be guided by him for further. If sent by courier, please ensure that the packaging of the shipment is secure so as not to cause any damage during transport, ideally pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected. In addition, you place a document in the packaging that you have created in which you will set out how you wish us to resolve the financial issue if the product is deemed suitable for return. And finally, you send the parcel via the courier agency from which you received your order. Please note that the return costs are at the customer’s expense. Your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. You can send us your credit account by email.

We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
